諸君
しょくん · shokun · JLPT N1 · noun
Gentlemen!
諸 (all) + 君 (gentleman, lord, you): all of you, gentlemen
諸 means all or many, and 君 is the same kanji as in 君主 (lord, ruler). Together they form a formal group address for a mixed or mostly male audience. The female form uses the same word, so the hook works for both.
