The partly cloudy sky kept the Lisbon afternoon soft, perfect for chipping stone on this terrace under the warm 20°C breeze. I point my brush toward the architect's new plan while laughing about how every white wall here whispers stories of old buildings. My apron is dusty again, but the laughter feels like mortar holding us all together.
