The air outside feels damp and grey today, but this cozy corner cafe has made up for the gloom with perfect lighting and a tiny plant on the table. I'm just sitting here in my new jacket, watching the steam rise from my drink while smiling at my phone camera. Even without sunshine, it turns out being alone isn't such a bad way to spend a tour stop in New York.
