🪑 會議 = gather (會) + discuss (議): people gather to talk things over
회 (會) means to gather or meet, as in 회사 (company) and 회원 (member). 의 (議) means to discuss or deliberate, as in 의논 (discussion) and 의견 (opinion). Gather + discuss = a meeting.
