👛 紙匣 = paper (지) + small box (갑): a little case for paper money
지 is 紙, the same paper as in 휴지 (tissue) and 편지 (letter). 갑 is 匣, a small case, as in 담뱃갑 (cigarette pack). A wallet is literally a paper-case, the box that holds your banknotes.
