🎓 卒業 = finish (卒) + studies/work (業): to finish your studies
졸 (卒) means to end or finish; 업 (業) means work or studies, the same 업 as in 수업 (class) and 직업 (job). Add 하다 (to do) and you get: do the finishing of studies. Japanese uses the same hanja: 卒業 sotsugyō.
