🍦 English loanword: a-i-seu-keu-rim = ice cream, said in Korean syllables
Korean borrowed the English word directly. Since Korean syllables cannot stack consonants, a filler vowel eu is slotted in: s becomes seu, k becomes keu. Say ice cream slowly with those extra vowels and you have it.
