seumul sounds like SOME MORE: past ten, count some more to reach twenty
스물 is the native Korean word for twenty, used for ages and counting things (스무 살 = twenty years old). Before a counter it drops the ㄹ and becomes 스무. The Sino-Korean twenty is 이십, used for dates, money and minutes.
