🧻 수건 = 手 hand + 巾 cloth: a hand-cloth, i.e. a towel
From hanja 手巾. 수 (手) is the same hand as in 수동 (manual) and 박수 (applause); 건 (巾) means a piece of cloth. A cloth for the hands is a towel. Chinese 手巾 and Japanese 手ぬぐい build the word the same way.
