🤝 紹介 = 紹 (connect, carry on) + 介 (go between) + 하다 (to do)
소개 is the hanja word 紹介: 紹 means to join or continue, 介 means to stand between two sides. Add 하다 (to do) and you get the verb: to act as the go-between who links two people. Same word as Japanese 紹介 (shōkai) and Chinese 介绍 reversed.
