🏢💼 사장 = 社 (company) + 長 (head): the head of the company
Hanja 社長: 社 (사) means company, as in 회사 (company) and 사원 (employee); 長 (장) means head or chief, as in 부장 (department head) and 회장 (chairman). Same word as Japanese shachō. Usually addressed politely as 사장님.
