🥈 둘 (two) + 째 (-th) = two-th, i.e. second
둘 is the native Korean number two, and 째 is the suffix that turns a number into an ordinal. The same pattern gives 셋째 (third) and 넷째 (fourth). It is also used for a second-born child.
