📅 來年 = come (來 nae) + year (年 nyeon): the coming year
내 is the hanja 來 (to come), also found in 내일 (來日, tomorrow = the coming day). 년 is 年 (year), as in 작년 (last year) and 매년 (every year). So 내년 is literally the year that is coming.
