📋 計劃 = 계 (計 count, reckon) + 획 (劃 draw a line, mark out)
A plan is reckoning things up, then marking out the lines to follow. 계 (計) also appears in 계산 (calculation) and 시계 (clock); 획 (劃) is the same word used for a stroke of a written character.
