cold (illness)
🤧 感氣 = feel (感) + air/energy (氣): you caught the bad air
From hanja 感氣: 감 (感, to feel or be affected) + 기 (氣, air, energy). A cold is literally being affected by the air. Same 감 as in 감사 (thanks) and 감정 (emotion); same 기 as in 기분 (mood) and 공기 (air).
