🤏 気味 = feeling 気 + taste 味: just a taste of something
Attach it to a noun or verb stem to mean a slight touch of it: 風邪気味 is a touch of a cold, 疲れ気味 is a bit tired. The 気 often shifts to ぎ after the noun, so you hear ～ぎみ. It usually marks something unwelcome.
