gozaimasu = polite upgrade of aru (to be), as in arigatou gozaimasu
From gozaru, the old honorific verb for to be, plus the polite ending -masu. It swaps in for aru/desu when extra courtesy is needed. You already know it from ohayou gozaimasu and arigatou gozaimasu, where it just means is, said very politely.
