☀️ 陽気 = sun (yang) + air/spirit: sunny air or a sunny mood
陽 is the sun and the yang side of yin-yang: bright and outgoing. 気 is air, energy or spirit. Sunny air gives you the weather or the feel of a season. A sunny spirit gives you cheerfulness, as in 陽気な人, a cheerful person.
