腹 hara as in hara-kiri (腹切り), literally belly-cutting
The left part 月 is the flesh radical, used for body parts, as in 肺 lung and 胸 chest. The right part 复 gives the on reading fuku, as in 腹痛 fukutsuu, stomachache. 腹が減った (hara ga hetta) means I'm hungry.
