🪫 疲 = sickness radical 疒 + 皮 skin: a skin-deep ailment, i.e. fatigue
疲れ (tsukare) is the noun form of the verb 疲れる (tsukareru), to get tired. The kanji pairs the illness radical 疒 with 皮 (hi, skin), which also gives the on-reading ヒ, as in 疲労 (hirō, exhaustion).
