気味
きみ · kimi · JLPT N3 · noun
-looking
🤏 気 feeling + 味 taste = a slight taste of something, so a touch of / -ish
As a suffix, 気味 means a mild tendency, not the full thing. 風邪気味 (kaze-gimi) is having a touch of a cold, and 疲れ気味 (tsukare-gimi) is feeling a bit tired. It sounds like gimme: a little of it, not all of it.
