⚔️ 敵 = 啇 (sound part) + 攵 strike: the one you strike at is your enemy
The right side 攵 is a hand holding a stick, and it shows up in action kanji like 攻 (attack). The left side 啇 mostly gives the sound. Teki also sounds a bit like take it: what an enemy wants to do to what is yours.
