🏋️ Katakana loanword from English training: to-ree-ning-u
A direct borrowing of the English word training. Japanese turns tr into to-r and stretches the ee sound, then adds a final u because Japanese words can't end on -ng. Say to-ree-nin-gu a few times and the English word comes through.
