スキー
スキー · sukii · JLPT N3 · noun
ski
🎿 スキー = English ski, borrowed: su-kii, with a long ee at the end
A loanword from English ski (originally Norwegian). Japanese can't start a syllable with a bare s+k, so a u slips in: s-ki becomes su-ki. The ー mark stretches the final i, giving sukii. Say ski slowly and you already have it.
