👧 お + 嬢 (young lady) + さん = honorific-wrapped daughter
嬢 (jou) means young lady. Polite お goes in front and さん behind, so the word is respect on both sides: o-jou-san. That double politeness is why it is only used for someone else's daughter, never your own.
