🕸️📄 网 (net/web) + 页 (page) = a page on the web

网 means net or network, the same character used in 网络 (internet). 页 means page or leaf. Together they literally spell out net-page, i.e. a web page you browse online.

网 — net radical 冂 + 亡 (phonetic)
網 (simplified 网) originally pictured a hunting or fishing net, with crossed mesh lines inside a frame. The modern simplified form 网 keeps that net shape directly. The traditional 網 adds 糸 (silk thread) for the material and 亡 as a phonetic hint for the wǎng sound.

页 — head 頁 (simplified 页), originally a person with emphasized head
页 is the simplified form of 頁, a pictograph showing a human figure (儿) topped by an exaggerated head (首). It originally meant 'head' and now serves chiefly as a semantic component in characters relating to the head or face. In modern Chinese it independently means 'page' (sheet of paper).
