Internet café

🖥️☕ wang = web/net + ba = bar — a net-bar, literally a network bar

网 means net or network, 吧 means bar (as in a place to hang out). Put them together and you get a bar for the internet — an internet café where you pay to use computers.

网 — net radical 冂 + 亡 (phonetic)
網 (simplified 网) originally pictured a hunting or fishing net, with crossed mesh lines inside a frame. The modern simplified form 网 keeps that net shape directly. The traditional 網 adds 糸 (silk thread) for the material and 亡 as a phonetic hint for the wǎng sound.

吧 — mouth radical 口 + 巴 (phonetic, 'ba')
吧 is a phono-semantic compound: 口 ('mouth') signals it relates to speech, while 巴 supplies the sound 'ba'. It's a relatively modern character used mainly as a sentence-final particle softening suggestions or marking guesses, and also transliterates foreign 'ba' sounds, as in 酒吧 ('bar').
