疏导

🚧🚰 疏 (unblock/dredge) + 导 (lead/guide) = clear the channel, then guide the flow through
疏 means to thin out or unclog (think sparse, freed-up); 导 means to lead or conduct, same 导 as in 导师 (mentor) and 引导 (guide). Together: remove the blockage and direct what was stuck so it can move again.
